Is it better to use USD or VND?
While USD is widely accepted in hotels and tours, Vietnam Dong (VND) is best for daily expenses like local food, street stalls, and small purchases. We recommend carrying a mix of both. Make sure your VND notes are not badly torn, as many places may refuse them.
Where can I change money?
You can exchange currency at authorized banks or large hotels. If you are heading to remote areas, please stock up on enough cash (VND) beforehand.

Try small local restaurants to feel the authentic culture! Stick to busy places with fresh, thoroughly cooked food. Seeing your food cooked (like a steaming bowl of Pho on the street) is often a great bet.
How safe is Vietnam?
Vietnam is among the safest countries to visit. However, like any tourist destination, please be vigilant with your valuables (expensive watches, jewelry) in crowded areas to avoid pickpockets.

How do I book and pay for a tour?
Simply click "Book This Tour" on our website and fill in the form.
- Total value < 500 USD: Confirm via voucher, pay the balance upon arrival.
- Total value > 500 USD: A deposit of 20-40% is required to secure your booking.
Are there any hidden costs or tipping?
All inclusions and exclusions are clearly mentioned in your confirmation. Tipping is not compulsory but is a kind way to show appreciation to your guides and drivers if you are satisfied with their service.
Can I have a tailor-made tour?
Yes! If our sample tours don't match your needs, use the Tailor-made tab. Our experts will create a customized trip just for you.
🚐 Pick-up & Support
Where and when will I be picked up?
We offer pick-up services from central hotels. Your specific pick-up time and location will be confirmed in your e-voucher. Please print your voucher and bring it with you on the day of travel.
How do I cancel or amend my booking?
Amendments depend on availability; please contact us as soon as possible to make changes. For cancellations, please notify us within the following timeframes:
- Tours 1–3 days: 72 hours before departure.
- Tours 4–6 days: 1 week before departure.
- Long-haul or cross-Vietnam tours: 1 to 3 months before departure.
