Detailed 3rd Day - 4th Night Itinerary
DAY 1: SAPA - CAT CAT - LAO CHAI - TA VAN VILLAGE (B/L/D)
Arrive in Lao Cai, transfer to Sapa. Trek to **Cat Cat village** (Black H’Mong), visit the old French hydro station. Continue hiking through the valley to Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, and Ta Van village. For those interested in shorter routes, see our Sapa 2-Day Package. Overnight at a local homestay in Ta Van.
DAY 2: TA VAN - GIANG TA CHAI - REMOTE BAN HO (B/L/D)
Trek through majestic rice terraces to **Giang Ta Chai** (Red Dzao) and cross the traditional Rattan Bridge. After a picnic lunch, we venture further to the remote **Ban Ho village** of the Tay minority. Dinner and overnight at a Tay homestay on a stilt house.
DAY 3: BAN HO - NAM TOONG - HANOI (B/L)
Trek to **Nam Toong village** to learn about Red Dzao culture. Return to Ban Ho for a refreshing dip at Lavie Waterfall. After lunch, trek up to Su Pan for the transfer back to Sapa. If you enjoy waterfalls and water activities, you might also like our Halong Bay Day Cruises.
